It’s hard to believe that January is almost complete. Just a few weeks ago, there was a big buzz in the air that allowed us to dream, create intentions, and set goals for ourselves. But, now that the New Year buzz has fizzled, that juicy energy might feel a bit remote. As our enthusiasm settles, we’re faced with how to energize ourselves and not allow our dreams and goals to fade into some distant horizon.
I’ve been contemplating how to stay awake and committed, and to not allow myself to fall prey to doubt, overwhelm, or mental sleepiness when it comes to my dreams and goals for 2018.
In today’s episode of Feel Alive and Inspired, I’m excited to share with you what I’ve learned as a result of questioning (over and over again), “How do I stay attentive to and motivated with my goals?” I’ll be sharing 5 practical tips that I’ve implemented into my days.
