Returns, Refunds, and Replacements ⭐
Your product(s) is made to order with one of our trusted production partners who produce high quality products. Because your products are a custom print order, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final (as noted on each individual product page). However, if the product you received is incorrect, defected, or a misprint, rest assured we will happily replace it!
If you received an incorrect order, a defected product, or a misprint, please email us at support@inspirahdesigns.com with a photograph and description of the issue within seven (7) days of your receipt of your order. Upon confirming the incorrect order, defect, or misprint, we will send you a replacement at no cost to you. Please do not return the incorrect, defected, or misprinted products.
Shipping 🚚
Inspiráh works with multiple production partners to produce your product(s). If you ordered different product types (i.e., a mug and a journal), they will arrive separately, but around the same time. However, if you purchased multiple items of one product type (i.e., 4 mugs or 2 journals), you will receive them in the same package.
Your order will ship when production is complete between 2-5 days. All products are shipped via USPS, and are delivered between 2-6 days following the completion of production. During the holiday season, we highly recommend that you place your by December 11th, in order to receive your order by Christmas.
